Risk Assessment is a systematic approach to identify hazards, evaluate risk and incorporate appropriate measures to manage and mitigate risk for any work process or activity.
This two-day course shall introduce you to the principles and the five steps of risk assessment and take you through the risk assessment techniques described in the NEC/ISO 31010 standard.
The course shows you how to develop and implement a risk assessment plan and how to apply techniques to each step of the risk assessment process.
It will help you to develop the skills and knowledge to identify, assess and evaluate risks from a safety, environmental or business perspective.
Through workshops and case studies participants shall acquire the skills to select and apply the most appropriate techniques depending on the risk and the step in the risk assessment process.
